Billing

Our Billing terms are as follows: Invoices must be paid within 3 days of due date, before or after due date. This means you have 3 days of grace before any action is taken on our part, such as service suspension. All invoices must be paid in full before additional orders will be processed, per customer. Creating another customer account to avoid this will result in: any payment received will be credited to total balance owed, will not be refunded, and may be sent to collections (for amounts larger than $300 – worst case scenario)

We do not require PayPal subscriptions, however we do recommend it – simply to avoid a lapse in service if you do nothing. 

All Labor invoices, regardless of service provided, must be paid within 72 hours. If we do not receive payment for work we did, within 72 hours, we reserve the right to suspend any and all services until the debt is paid. 

All abuse reports are handled seriously and quickly. If you’re found to be abusing any HostThatVPS service, your customer account (with all services) will be terminated. We reserve this right. You must accept this agreement prior to purchasing any service or support from us.

Support

We include support for every service we provide. We respond to tickets within 24 hours, 24/7. We offer live chat available to everyone, however due to high volume, we may impose the following restrictions at any time: We may ask you to open a ticket instead, and we’ll work with you via ticket. You may be denied a live chat session if you’ve recently abused the live chat system. Customers may open a live chat with us at anytime, however customers who repeatedly use our live chat, unreasonably, may be asked to only use the ticketing system. This has never happened, but we must put this here.

Connectivity Support

Connectivity Support (or “Basic” Support) includes all of the above. Connectivity Support (as the name implies) is support we provide to assist you in connecting to your service. Our trained professionals will assist you in connecting to: Your VPS, FTP Servers, or SSH if applicable. This is all connectivity support includes.

TrinityCore Support

By accepting this agreement you accept that: HostThatVPS may terminate support at any moment, and that all support is not guaranteed. HostThatVPS will provide our best effort in supporting your World of Warcraft Private Server, however there are things we cannot do. TrinityCore Support includes the following: We will setup TrinityCore for you. We will setup FusionGen or Blizz CMS for you. We will configure world and auth servers, databases, and can assist in creating GM accounts for you to use. If you’re unhappy with your core, we will provide best effort to work with you on another core, and get things right (maximum 2 hours). You may only request to change your core and website integration once per month, with a maximum integration time of 2 hours. TrinityCore Support is meant for on-going patch support, updates to the core and database, and assistance with client connectivity, and providing a safe and secure way to obtain all files needed to play on your server.

Managed VPS Support

By accepting this agreement you accept that: HostThatVPS may terminate support at any moment, and that all support is not guaranteed. Managed VPS Support Includes everything from Connectivity Support and TrinityCore Support plus more. Managed VPS Support increases our support hour limit to 8 hours per month, upon availability. Managed VPS Support customers may request more customization, and increased support for things like TrinityCore, Windows / Linux Administration, advanced Routing, Load Balancing features, and High Availability. Managed VPS Support does not include: Custom Software Development (of any kind, however we will give best effort to implement anything already existing), Advertising, In-Game support (we won’t play on your server), or Voting (this work needs to be done by you – we provide the server and the infrastructure, but you’ll need to provide the players). 

Live Chat Availability

Our live chat system is available 24/7 – however our live chat agent’s do have limited hours. You can expect a senior consultant available Monday – Friday, 10AM – 10PM and Saturday from 10AM-6PM. We’re closed for Live Chat on Sundays. These times are not guaranteed, and availability is not guaranteed. We provide best effort to meet these times, and generally do – about 90% of the time. 

VPS Fair Share Policy

The only Policy HostThatVPS has on VPS usage is the following: You may not use your VPS for BitCoin Mining, Email Spamming, Brute Force RDP attacks, or anything similar, or anything that constantly uses 100% CPU or 100% of your network connection. 


HostThatVPS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE OR AMEND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. BY PLACING AN ORDER OR CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. VIOLATIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT (ANY PART) WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION WITHOUT A REFUND.
